PhD in Economics, researcher and professor with more than 25 years of experience in universities such as ICADE, Deusto, ESADE and currently at UNIR. He is an advisor to the Ageingnomics Research Center of Fundación MAPFRE and director of the public leadership programs of the CEOE. Since December 2021, he is senior director of Executive-Management Education at LLYC. He has advised governments, universities and large companies in launching their innovation and generational diversity programs; he has been a Basque parliamentarian and general director of Madrid’s economic development agency, Madrid Emprende. He has also directed and participated in more than 20 academic research projects related to entrepreneurship, open innovation, the impact of technology on employment and generational diversity for scientific journals and organizations such as the IDB, Microsoft and Santander Universities. He has published seven books and writes regularly in the most widely read newspapers in Spain.
