COVID-19 has accelerated the need for the digital transformation while giving an unprecedented boost to the development of exponential technologies. The Deep Digital Business unit at LLYC was set up to help clients in with their digital evolution journey, with a focused on using exponential technologies to transform their business model and/or find solutions to their problems faster. With this aim in mind, a study has been developed that provides a clear framework to achieve specific business goals in their digital transformation process.
The consultation was made through a survey undertaken by video calls and electronic mail. Over 200 marketing and communication executives at large companies in 16 industries and 12 countries in Europe and the Americas were surveyed: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Spain, USA.
