Winning over the millennials, the great challenge for companies in Chile

Everyone knows the generational shifts that millennials are leading, probably the most disruptive over the last 200 years. However, few companies have started thinking differently about their policies and even values to fit principles and priorities of the generation that will run businesses in the coming years. In 2025, 75 % of working professionals will be millennials.

This article explores the innovations in the talent management and communication policies and the changes that some Chilean companies have already started to implement. Certainly, these updates will lead the path chosen by companies aiming not only to master the market, but also successfully get through this paradigm shift, that is much more than a generation change.
