Peru: Mining and good reputation are compatible

Today mining is going through a difficult time both by the decrease of prices and the subsequent electoral stage after the first round. However, this should not be the argument for doing nothing, knowing the social and communicational front is a ‘must’ for reputation.

Quite the contrary, the current scenario can be a great opportunity for mining and extractive companies in general to step up and start changing the uncertainty for good practices and harmonious coexistence.

Reputation plays a differential role at all times, although it is in times of crisis where it becomes more evident, we must not neglect or limit it to a single activity, being indeed a permanent construction.
